Full service projects begin with a 1 hour consultation. We will meet in person to discuss the scope of the project, see the space, make a punch list, discuss taste, likes and dislikes and measure space (if applicable). Please take a look at the services that are offered after our initial consultation and determine the best plan of action for your home! An invoice will be billed for this service prior to our first meeting.

This package is to choose up to 3 paint colors for your home. This is a one time visit. Any additional rooms or projects will be billed separately after completion of service.

This service is for the client that needs help with ideas for a particular room, rearranging certain rooms in your house, brainstorming about what to purchase to increase the aesthetic. We will use what you have in your home and I will make suggestions on what to purchase if necessary. This service is for the client that does not need full service design, but needs direction on how to complete a space. The service is with me at your home for a maximum of 2 hours. Be prepared to move, hang pictures, sweat and most of all have fun! I want us to spend this time to create the exact look that you are going for without the commitment of full service. Any additional time after the completed service will be billed as a follow up service.

This package is for the client that wants to revamp a particular space in their home but needs a little bit of direction on putting it all together. The E-Design visit will begin with the client filling out a questionnaire on the space that needs improvement. This will allow me to have a sense of your style/budget prior to our visit. The questionnaire along with photographs of the room will then be emailed back to me so that I can take a look prior to beginning our E-Design service. E-Design consists of a FaceTime visit at a scheduled appointment time to show me the room, discuss likes and dislikes of the room, and spending a few minutes getting to know each other. This should take between 15-30 minutes. After the facetime visit is completed, I will email a design board within 3 days of our visit of recommendations for the room along with links of where to purchase. Client is responsible for ordering all supplies/materials and having them installed. Additional communication after the service is completed will require booking an additional service. E-Design does not include a site visit. If interested in a site visit, please refer to the full service design package below.

Are you interested in selling your home or just reorganizing the items that you currently own? If so, staging is the right package for you. We will take items that you already have in your home and organize them to physically and visually maximize the space. If you are interested in selling your home and unsure of how to prep your home before selling- this service will help you arrange your items for best results prior to listing.

This is the service for you if you don’t have the time or interest in any sort of DIY or sourcing for your own products. Locke Home Interiors takes the work off of your plate and will work on your behalf to deliver a space you love.

What you get:
- Full design plan tailored to your taste based on the initial consultation where we explore your style and assess your needs for the space.
- Presentation of 1 design board with up to 2 EDITS with an estimate of the product investment, unique products sourced by Locke Interiors that suit your taste, budget and needs, including to-the trade only products as well as retail products
- Product research, ordering, and scheduling of deliveries. All items will be sourced and ordered through Locke Interiors. If a client purchases outside of Locke Interiors, a 10% finders fee will be billed. All items that will be sourced by the designer for the room will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the project. This provides clarity to both parties on what is expected in the scope of the project. After completion of the agreed upon service, a separate contract will be necessary for any other rooms.
Projects may be phased into a room at a time or a group of rooms at a time, depending on your preference!
Please note: A 50% design fee charge for the project will be billed after the initial consultation prior to beginning your project. All furniture/accessory orders require a 50% deposit prior to ordering. The additional 50% will be charged after completion.
After the fixed rate is decided, I will design and execute the design plan top to bottom for that single one time fee. The room rate charge is configured by taking the square footage of the room selected and charging a per/square foot price for that one particular room. For partial furnishing the rate is $7 sq/foot and full furnishings is $10 sq/foot*. After the room choice is selected, we will discuss exactly what we will do to design your space. This will be written into the contract and a price and completion date will be determined.
*Locke Interiors is only accepting new full-service design projects with a starting minimum of $2,000/room at this time.
